Linyi Jinmingyu Construction Technology Co., Ltd. is a prefabricated construction supporting enterprise integrating production, learning, research and base construction. It is the city's first prefabricated construction enterprise that integrates PC workshops, steel structures and light-weight new building materials. It can produce all the building components required for building construction. The company plans to cover an area of ​​360 acres and will be constructed in two phases. The first phase of the project has an investment of 850 million yuan and covers an area of ​​155 mu. It will build 1 heavy steel workshop, 2 PC workshops, 1 lightweight new building material workshop and 1 light steel workshop. All steel structural components such as prefabricated steel beams and steel columns produced in the heavy steel workshop; prefabricated interior and exterior wall panels, laminated panels (floor slabs), PC beams, stairs, balconies, wall panels and other building components produced in the PC workshop have been used in various engineering constructions in. The PC workshops, lightweight new building materials workshops, light steel workshops, scientific research buildings, and office buildings constructed in the second phase of the project are under construction. The project was assessed by the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development as the "Shandong Provincial Demonstration Base for the Industrialization of Ministry-Integrated Buildings" in December 2019. After all is completed and put into production, it will become the largest comprehensive prefabricated construction base in the province.
