Everybody is good!

The equipment maintenance department of property Management Company was awarded as "Advanced Collective of The Group" in 2021. As the head of the department, I feel proud and honored and very excited. Here, I am very grateful for the cultivation of the group, the trust of leaders and the support and help of colleagues! The achievement of the maintenance department is the result of the company's leadership, care and support, is the result of colleagues help each other, unity and struggle. Achievements and honors belong to every team and every employee who contribute to the group. I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks to all the colleagues who have been caring and helping the maintenance department. I would like to express my heartfelt respect to all the leaders who care and support the maintenance department.

Reviewing the work in the past year, in 2021, we maintained 911 elevators, served 44 communities and units, and installed 127 elevators for acceptance. Fire protection and maintenance services for 34 communities, fire protection and maintenance building area of 2.89 million square meters.

It is our responsibility to ensure the safe operation of equipment in the community. Maintenance department to provide 24-hour maintenance services, we strictly abide by the safety rules and regulations, standard construction, to be conscientious, on call, timely troubleshooting equipment; Conduct monthly maintenance quality inspection and performance assessment for maintenance personnel; Make maintenance plan for elevator, fire protection facilities, power supply, secondary water supply, heating and other equipment, prevent in advance, planned maintenance. From passive maintenance to active inspection, timely elimination of equipment hidden dangers, effectively ensure the normal operation of the equipment in each district. Under the joint efforts of all maintenance personnel, no equipment accidents occurred in each community of maintenance service.

Improving service quality is our pursuit. Maintenance personnel should work with certificates, pay attention to details, and combine theory with practice. In theory, we learn to apply, master professional knowledge, through learning to improve their own education; In practice, continue to accumulate experience, improve their own maintenance skills, do a line, love a line, a line, fine line; In our work, we practice the concept of "mentoring" and always lead the new with the old, sharing experience, solidarity and cooperation, and common progress.

In June 2017, the maintenance department obtained the elevator C-level maintenance qualification for the first time. After four years of performance accumulation and continuous efforts, in May 2021, the maintenance department successfully completed the upgrade of the elevator installation and maintenance qualification from C-level to A-level, and obtained the A2 elevator installation and maintenance qualification, meeting the needs of the installation and maintenance business expansion. With the company's qualification strength and good reputation, the elevator maintenance department has become a member of shandong Elevator Association.

In property management, as head of the maintenance department, always cling to two things: one is the safety training, elevator maintenance personnel to 4 times a month for residential property personnel training of elevator emergency disposal, fire maintenance personnel 2 times a month to the community to carry out fire drill, do everyone will understand, all, everybody attaches great importance to the safety work. Second, technical training. Every Friday, we conduct professional knowledge training, exchange experiences and improve professional maintenance skills. In the future, we should grasp the management inside, build an image outside, sum up experience, make up shortcomings, and rise to the challenge.

Taurus winter to go, the Tiger spring. The New Year, the new weather, the new journey has set sail. In the New Year, we should continue to maintain a positive and enterprising spirit and successfully complete the goals and tasks assigned by the company. In 2022, we plan to maintain 1,100 elevators and install 180 elevators. We will work harder and set a higher standard for ourselves. We will do our best to make further achievements and present a congratulatory gift to weiye Group for its 20th anniversary.
