Recently, after the municipal selection, Jinmingyu Property elevator Maintenance Department participated in the "Innovation in the front building New Yimeng" innovation and excellence labor and skills competition project, and won the municipal final second prize and third prize.  The competition is sponsored by Market Supervision Administration of Linyi City and Working Committee of Linyi Municipal Party Committee, undertaken by Linyi Special Equipment Inspection Research Institute and Lunan Technician College, co-organized by Linyi Special Equipment Association and Linyi Elevator Industry Association.  

This elevator installation and maintenance skills competition is divided into three parts: grassroots competition, municipal selection and municipal final.  The basic level competition and the municipal selection competition are based on the theoretical knowledge test, and the municipal final is the skill operation test, which is conducted in the way of on-site practical operation.  After the municipal selection of 15 teams participated in the final in Lunan technician College, the competition content for the elevator hall door installation practice.  In the fierce final competition, Jinmingyu elevator maintenance Department of the two teams won the second prize and the third prize respectively. 

Jinmingyu Elevator Maintenance Department actively promotes the construction of high-skilled personnel for special equipment, constantly improves the business skills of special equipment operators, and is able to install elevators with lifting speed of less than 6 meters per second.  At present, the service unit and community nearly 50, more than 1000 elevator maintenance, safety accident rate is always zero.
