On February 7th, Jinmingyu Construction Group held a special meeting on the first lesson for resuming work and production after the Spring Festival. Deputy Director Liu Yanbiao of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau attended the meeting, along with General Manager Wang Dingming of the Construction Group and all the employees. Manager Jia Ruihao of the Engineering Management Department of the Construction Group presided over the meeting.

The meeting conveyed the spirit of the "First-Class Safety Production Class for Commencement of Work". The participants watched the educational films "The First-Class Safety Production Class for Resumption of Work - Homecoming" and "Classic Accident Cases" together. Through case studies, they were reminded of the lessons and the alarm bells rang continuously. This ensured that the concept of safety production was deeply rooted in their minds and hearts, laying a solid foundation for the safety production work throughout the year.

In their speeches, Director Liu Yanbiao and Manager Wang Dingming pointed out that safety accidents in the construction industry occur frequently and easily. We must always maintain a high level of vigilance and approach safety production work with an attitude of being extremely cautious. We should adhere to the principles of "strongly conducting investigations, intensively supervising, vigorously conducting training, and strictly imposing penalties", strictly implement safety inspections for resumption of work after the holidays, and focus on inspecting key parts and key processes such as fire-fighting facilities, high-altitude work, deep foundation pits, lifting machinery, and scaffolding at the construction sites. We should comprehensively strengthen safety education and training, fulfill safety management responsibilities, resolutely crack down on all kinds of illegal and irregular behaviors, and ensure the safety and stability of resumption of work after the holidays.

The meeting requires that all employees of the company should enhance their awareness of safety production and prevent the occurrence of "holiday syndrome". Violation of regulations does not necessarily lead to accidents, but accidents always result from violations. We should maintain a high-pressure situation in safety management and deeply implement the spirit of the "first lesson on starting work" safety training in all work. We should strictly enforce safety standards and norms. We should strictly control the safety of resumption of work and production, conduct thorough safety inspections after the Spring Festival, rectify the work with potential safety hazards, and ensure that all work meets the conditions for safe resumption of work and production. We should strictly implement the requirements for all-staff safety training in production safety, take the education and training of new employees before they start work as the focus and foundation of our work, and do not allow employees who have not received quality and safety education and training to start working. This will effectively enhance the safety awareness of all staff.
