On March 1st, the real estate development section held a seminar on node adjustment of real estate project main item plan in the conference room on the fifth floor of the group. The meeting was presided over by Pang Longchang, general manager of the Group Operation Center. Wang Dingming, Deputy General manager of the Group and General manager of Jinmingyu Real Estate Development Company,  Hu Zuntao, vice General manager of The Group and General manager of Jinming Apartment Construction Group, as well as principals of various projects and properties attended the meeting.  

At the meeting, Pang Longchang, general manager of the Operation Center, formulated and published the node plan for 2022 based on the implementation of the main project plan last year, and explained and interpreted the completion standards of each work in the plan.  The participants had a heated discussion on the new plan and put forward their own suggestions based on the actual situation of their own projects, which made the new plan more solid and grounded.  

Additional qualifications plan is the operation management center since its establishment of real estate development important means of control, in the development of the group in the past, each department to do their own work plan respectively, difficult to support mutually, there are often "you do your plan, I do my plan, who affect you don't know, their influence who also don't know" phenomenon,  It's much easier to create a plan that doesn't leave enough time and space for follow-up, but leaves more time and space for yourself.  For the group, the realization of business objectives has attracted much attention, and no effective solutions have been found to the business phenomenon of non-delivery in project development.  For example, for a project design task, who should dominate, what resources need to be allocated, to what extent is completed, when should be produced and what results can be handed over to the downstream department, these are questions in every link of the project development process.  

The main project plan proposed in this meeting is a powerful tool to help complete project management, including dividing job responsibilities, coordinating resources, clarifying work interface, defining time targets and interspersing processes;  All the important actions in the development process, emphasizing that the task completion schedule is the horizontal coordination time of all majors and meet the quality standards;  All work shall be inverted according to the time nodes of the main project plan, and all work shall be carried out in the unified direction of the project schedule target.
