In order to accelerate the reform and expansion of DRG payment mode, Jinmingyu Hospital recently carried out DRG payment mode training.  

First of all, I studied the Implementation Plan of the Three-year Action Plan for DRG Payment Mode Reform in Linshu County, and defined the next work objectives and tasks.  The reform of DRG payment mode is a realistic need for the sustainable development of medical insurance. This work has been included in the key reform tasks of the Office of Deep Reform of the CPC Provincial Committee in 2022 and the reform tasks of county social system and mechanism, and is one of the key tasks of the medical insurance department this year.  

The promotion of DRG payment has improved the use efficiency of medical insurance fund and controlled the unreasonable growth of medical expenses.  For hospitals, it enhances the awareness of medical cost control, plays a regulatory role in the medical service market to some extent, promotes hierarchical diagnosis and treatment, and forms a scientific and orderly pattern of medical treatment.  For patients, hospitals control medical costs and reduce the burden of medical expenses.  Through the reform of DRG payment mode, we can find a balance between the interests of all parties and truly achieve a win-win situation among the three parties.  

The county required to effectively improve the understanding of the DRG expansion work, stage by stage, focus on the key to promote the reform, to ensure that the DRG work is effective and effective implementation, as soon as possible to complete the DRG payment mode reform task.  We should strictly follow the requirements of the leading group of the three-year action plan for DRG payment reform of the medical insurance sector, make solid progress in the four stages of planning and deployment, reform promotion, deepening and improvement, and long-term operation, complete the task objectives at each time point, and strive to realize DRG payment at an early date.  

According to the unified arrangement of the County Medical Insurance Bureau, Jinmingyu Hospital uses courseware such as "Coping and development under the BACKGROUND of DRG Payment" and "DRG Payment and Medical record Quality Management" from Linyi People's Hospital for training, so as to enhance the rational understanding and practical operation level of medical staff.
