Training requirements, according to the corresponding post, wear different work clothes, and wear work card.  Make clothing clean, smooth, oil-free, dust-free, buckle should be neat, do not use tape and pins to replace the defect of the buckle;  Hair should be neat and clean without peculiar smell, tidy comb is not disheveled;  Makeup should be beautiful, natural, decent and simple, not heavy makeup;  Keep hands clean, nails flat, and no nail polish;  Men should shave every day, not unshaven beard;  Keep your teeth white and your breath fresh.  

Earrings, necklaces, watches can be worn, not earrings, rings, bracelets, etc.  When communicating with the service object, the expression should not squint, scan or peep, and it is best to look below the other party's eyes and above the collar area.  

At the same time, maintain a certain distance from others.  Hospital staff in language skills, tone, rhythm, listening, questioning, persuasion, encouragement, hand posture, standing posture, sitting posture, mood, answering, making phone calls and other basic skills have been trained in detail.  

After the training, the communication skills, communication ability, language communication and service level of hospital medical staff have been significantly improved.
