From 2018 to 2019, he participated in the Chuangye Building Project of Linshu County, which is the largest single building in Linshu County with an area of 42561.45 square meters. He has won the 2018 Shandong Provincial Construction Quality Engineering Award, Linyi City Construction Safety and Civilized Excellent Site Award, Shandong Province Safety and Civilized Site and other honorary titles.

In 2020, he participated in the Reception Center Project of Shuhe Ancient Road Scenic Spot of Shandong Xingyu Tourism Co., Ltd., where he made use of antique shaped buildings and was fully recognized by relevant experts.

Zhang Fengan won the honorary title of Linyi Zhenxing Yimeng Labor Medal in 2017, and participated in the National Quality Investment Project Commendation Conference in Beijing in the same year.
