On September 26, Qu Manhong, from The Yujingyuan Maintenance Center of Jinmingyu Hospital, won the third prize in shandong Province Old-age nursing Vocational Skills Competition jointly sponsored by shandong Provincial Department of Civil Affairs and Shandong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security.

The competition was held in Jinan Elderly Care Service Center, and 50 players from 16 prefectural and municipal teams across the province participated in the competition. The competition includes two parts: theoretical knowledge and operational skills. The theoretical knowledge mainly evaluates the understanding and mastery of the knowledge requirements of the National Professional Skills Standard for Elderly Care Workers (2019 Edition); Operation skills mainly assess the practical operation ability of nursing staff to provide life care, basic care, rehabilitation services, psychological support and other services for the physical and mental conditions of the elderly. Through the competition of theoretical knowledge and operational skills, 5 first prizes, 10 second prizes and 15 third prizes were won. Qu Manhong won the third prize with her skillful practical skills, solid theoretical foundation and excellent comprehensive performance.

It is understood that Qu Manhong won the fourth place in the third linyi city nursing staff vocational skills competition, and the Linyi City Civil Affairs Bureau selected four of the top eight participants from the competition with outstanding overall results to participate in the provincial competition. Qu was elected and participated in the vocational skills training for the elderly organized by the Civil Affairs Bureau from August 30 to September 23. After closed training, the best of the best, finally selected 3 of 4 linyi city delegation to participate in shandong province nursing vocational skills competition.
