Xi delivered a speech at the opening of a training class for young and middle-aged officials at the Party School of the CPC Central Committee in the fall semester of 2021, stressing that young officials must have the courage to take on responsibilities and be good at doing things, saying, "It is the responsibility and value of cadres to be responsible for their work." Since the 18th NATIONAL Congress of the CPC, General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed on various occasions that Leading Party officials should have the courage to take on responsibilities and take the lead in setting an example, thus injecting strong impetus into their efforts to fulfill their mission.

Dare to take responsibility is the character of each cadre. The development history of the group in the past 40 years is a history of undertaking hard work, daring to venture, and constantly innovating. Weiye people have vividly interpreted the mission of undertaking with their practical actions, and deeply engraved in the spiritual gene of Weiye culture. It is because our senior can consciously take the mission in mind, shoulder the responsibility, so we can win the respect and love of employees, owners and customers.

Group management cadres in each post is to assume the responsibility of the secretary, rather than enjoying the official. Cadres, work is the most important, we must be willing to work actively, but also able to do good work. Management personnel at all levels of the group, especially leading cadres, take the lead in taking the lead, which is the key to the success of the group. It is the responsibility and value of the management cadre officer to bear the responsibility. No matter what position you hold, you must have the courage to take responsibility and overcome difficulties. You should be both a commander and a combatant, and cultivate and maintain the indomitable spirit of bearing hardships, the tenacious will to struggle and superb leadership skills.

The management cadre wants to be responsible must have the action. At present, the group's transformation and upgrading of high-quality development has entered a critical period, and we are faced with significantly increased risks and challenges. In the face of the current real estate situation, the arduous task of reform, development and stability requires management officials at all levels to perform their duties well. To bear and to do are one. To do nothing is not to bear. To do something is to bear. How much responsibility to do how much business, how much responsibility will be how much success. Management cadres should be down-to-earth, pragmatic, dare to take responsibility, have the courage to face up to contradictions, be good at solving problems, and strive to create practical achievements that can stand the test of practice and history. In particular, the young management cadres should take the baton of arduous struggle and work hard with intransigent attitude and never-slack spirit. In the new journey of the new era and in the transformation and upgrading of high-quality development of the group, they should make excellent achievements and hand in a qualified answer paper for the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Group.

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out, "There are always risks in doing things. It is the risk that requires responsibility. Whatever benefits the Party and the people, we must do boldly and resolutely, without taking refuge or evading justice." We must bear in mind the teachings of the General Secretary, stand the test in our concrete work, and withstand setbacks in difficult and urgent situations. Group management cadres, especially leading cadres, should have the political soberness in times of peace, the strategic determination as solid as a rock, and the courageous attitude of struggle, and dare to seize the pass, attack the city and remove the fortress. In the face of major risks and challenges, difficulties in our work, and conflicts and struggles, we must promptly conduct research, come up with a plan, and move forward with our work. We must not shy away from doing so, still less be timid and afraid.

Greenhouse does not grow towering trees, idle people do not achieve great achievements. The group's management cadres should fulfill their mission, live up to their youth, have the courage to take responsibility and be good at doing things, so as to make new contributions on the broad stage of the great era and great cause.
