In November, according to the arrangement of the leadership, the Department of Audit and Supervision audited the weighing materials of the Construction Group project, including business application, contract signing, procurement, acceptance and reimbursement. Many problems were found in the audit, the main reason being that our own management was not in place, we did not implement the system, we did not inquire about the system, and we did not supervise the process. We do not conceal or falsely report the problems of the needle. We do not leave blind spots, do not take care of people's feelings, and distinguish responsibilities.

In the audit process, we combined the content of the two audit reports with the problems and the actual work of the Department of Audit and Supervision. First, we objectively explained the actual situation of the problems to the group leaders. Second, we carefully standardized the internal business of the department to achieve standardization.

Through audit, we deeply realized that as the audit and supervision department is to strictly implement the rules and regulations of the enterprise; Strict observance of rules, discipline and accountability is essential. We need to be bold and strict in our efforts to ensure that all areas are covered without any blind spots or partiality. We must not minimize the seriousness of the problems we find. We must distinguish responsibilities and deal with them seriously. In order to purify the operating environment of the group, we should find and review the violations together, never relent and implement zero tolerance.
