I was named "application of science and technology company is a prefabricated industrial workers, in the national, provincial and municipal, county to develop the prefabricated buildings, group to promote the development of construction high quality green background, I have the big stage of the production of prefabricated parts, in this stage, I diligently work, down-to-earth, effort to play their own value, create more wealth.  

I joined the PC workshop of a technology company in December 2019, and successively worked as a stairway line pouring worker, monitor, quality inspector, and person in charge of quality inspection, etc., which means I have to assume greater responsibility and make more efforts. As the saying goes, "I must first suffer from their will, sweat their muscles and bones, and hunger their body and skin to improve their ability".  As 2021 draws to a close, the company's growth and self-growth can be seen in retrospect.  

Based on the position to practice skills, and constantly improve product quality.  In order to master the essence of precast stair production as soon as possible.  I humbly consulted my "comrade-in-arms" to learn and master the knowledge of production technology and matters needing attention in the production process from the front-line production technicians, and searched the Internet for relevant knowledge about prefabricated concrete components to lay a solid theoretical foundation.  On the other hand, I took root in the front line, threw myself into the workshop production, combining theory with production practice, and realized the leapfrog quality change of my ability level.  Through practice, on the foundation that grasps production process adequately, I will produce craft of precast stair summary is a few links, it is clear mold, double-sided glue is posted, daub release mold agent, place reinforcing steel cage, put cushion piece, close mold, cloth, vibrating, plaster, press light, maintain, release mold, finished product pile up wait for working procedure.  The production process is very clear and easy to work with.  Although practice makes perfect, the manufacturing process needs to be very careful, and a little neglect can cause many problems.  Such as: prefabricated stair problem such as surface crack, water lines, in view of the problem, I, together with the other production technical personnel, to discuss, this paper analyzes the reasons of crack, after debugging and change constantly, finally found the rational use of cloth, layering, vibrating, and grasp the vibrating time in 20 to 30 seconds, can effectively solve the problem of precast stairs crack, water lines.  Details determine success or failure, the production of high-quality assembly parts not only need to master the big aspects of the process, but also need to do solid every small link, small details.  Practice is the real knowledge, in the arena of work, my efforts are not in vain, rich work experience is my greatest wealth, qualified products are my best "trophy", the recognition and acceptance of the majority of customers is my greatest honor.  

Do a good brick of the company, where you need to move.  In May this year, the company signed the Nanjing Sunac G11 project, which requires the production of precast shear wall, precast filled wall, precast composite plate, precast composite beam, precast staircase and other prefabricated components. The order requirements are high, the construction period is tight, and the task is heavy.  However, the quality inspection group is relatively poorly staffed, and fulfilling orders has become a challenge for the company.  In order to strictly control the production of various components of the process inspection, factory inspection and other work, I was temporarily ordered to rush to the post.  In the quality inspection team, I quickly integrated into the project, controlled product quality and strictly controlled details.  At first, there were more problems than methods, but since the company assigned me to deal with the difficulties, first of all, I couldn't become the difficulties myself.  So, I do not understand to ask, will not go to school, that day the problem that day, at the same time, learn to understand the "PC component quality inspection manual", "PC component production guidance", "all kinds of component production process" and other related knowledge and skills.  In order to digest the project drawings, I saved them in my mobile phone, looked at them every day, summarized and improved constantly, and gradually reduced the problems in work.  Do the production, delivery can check one by one, in strict accordance with the technical standards, always "pay attention to details, the pursuit of perfection" to strict requirements of their own.  In the inspection process I summed up a set of experience, is to focus on the prone to common quality problems, such as embedded parts deviation or leakage, reserved hole blockage, external ribs are not the same, supporting mold diagonal deviation and other problems, can be timely put forward, implement rectification, and give notice of criticism.  Quality inspection process, do careful investigation, dare to serious.  After strict quality control, we improved the quality awareness of all staff, guaranteed the quality of components, successfully completed the NANJING Sunac G11 project, and obtained the recognition of the building business.  

The precast stair reinforcement cage in the workshop could not meet the production needs, so I worked with the staff of the finished product yard to tie together to ensure the effective connection of the stair production.  At the beginning of the establishment of the production line, the personnel allocation of each process could not meet the production demand, leading to the weak production of the mold supporting station, SO I went to the mold supporting station to assist in the work.  Diligent, hard work to complete the workshop is my work tasks and missions.  Efforts to complete the work, to live up to the trust of the company, for the group to submit a satisfactory answer sheet.  

The year 2021 is coming to an end and the clock is ringing for 2022.  "Dedication is never bitter and pursuit is endless". In the New Year of 2022, I will continue to be optimistic, hardworking and positive towards work, be a good craftsman and a good screw, take due responsibility in my own post, and give back to enterprises with high-quality, efficient products and safe and stable performance.  Under the leadership of chairman and general manager Min Binbin, new achievements have been made for the group's 20th anniversary.
