I am Tang Shaoliang, deputy manager of Linshu Jinming Property Management Co., LTD. I am mainly responsible for elevator installation and maintenance, property facilities and equipment maintenance, fire protection maintenance and management, etc.  

The elevator maintenance Department of property Management Company is a member unit of Shandong Elevator Association. On May 9, 2021, it successfully completed the upgrade of elevator installation and maintenance qualification from Grade C to Grade A2.  Looking back on the work in 2021, the maintenance department has done a good job in elevator maintenance service, with a total of 911 elevators, covering a wide range of services, providing elevator maintenance service for 8 units such as maternal and child Health Hospital and Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, and 36 communities such as Shuhe Garden and Century New Town.  The whole year completed the installation and acceptance of 127 elevators in guanyu Garden South Area, Yubo Garden east Area, Jingyujia Garden east Area and other projects, and purchased 824 elevators liability insurance.  We regularly do the daily maintenance work of equipment and facilities, so as to ensure the planning and rationality of maintenance work, and ensure the safe use and operation of equipment;  Keep the elevator emergency service on duty 24 hours a day, be on call, timely equipment troubleshooting, to ensure safety without accidents.  

We insist on learning, practice the skills of the post, improve their professional.  Truly achieve that everyone has their own technical strengths and advantages, have a sense of teamwork and spirit of cooperation, mutual cooperation, complementary deficiencies, actively participate in various skills competition, and constantly improve their own skills.  We also do maintenance personnel with the old lead the new, all hold the certificate to work, accumulate experience in the work, strengthen the theory in the training, so as to combine practice and theory.  Throughout the year, safety education and professional skills training were conducted 50 times, and emergency drills were conducted 48 times.  In the Labor Star Elevator Installer skill Competition held by the Municipal Bureau on December 4, 2021, the maintenance department won the sixth place in the group result.  

2022 is coming. In the New Year, we will continue to make persistent efforts to contribute to the better development of the company.  Next year, it plans to maintain 1150 elevators, contract 40 external maintenance services and install 180 elevators.  The main tasks are as follows: first, strengthen the talent reserve, expand the maintenance professional team and recruit suitable talents to meet the requirements of rapid business development of the company;  2. Improve the skill level of maintenance personnel, have advanced consciousness and work responsibility, learn from advanced, and actively participate in safety education and skill training;  Three safety zero accidents, safety is the lifeline of the enterprise, to timely check safety risks, to ensure the safety of their own and others.  Iv. Give full play to the skills and advantages of the maintenance company, fine management, increase income and reduce expenditure;  Fifth, continuously improve the double prevention management system, and implement it into specific work, grasp the management inside, tree image outside, and become the benchmark of the elevator maintenance industry.  In 2022, under the leadership of Chairman and General Manager Min Binbin, we will work hard and make a greater contribution to the 20th anniversary of the group.
