Since August, although seriously affected by the epidemic, the normal operation of the scenic spot has been hindered.  However, with the reception center put into use, the comprehensive service level of the scenic spot has been greatly improved, attracting tourists to come to catering, accommodation, tourism, entertainment and conference.  At the same time, in order to further improve the service quality, the scenic spot attracts investment, creates a high standard dining environment, and meets the catering needs of tourists.  The optimization and improvement of the service level of scenic spots offset the negative impact of the epidemic to a certain extent.  According to statistics, the reception center has received more than 60,000 visitors for expansion and accommodation.  

Scenic safety is the top priority in the work.  Scenic spots constantly improve supervision, strengthen security responsibilities.  We have developed all kinds of emergency plans and management systems, and carried out annual self-inspection of internal safety production standardization according to the standards and requirements of safety production standardization enterprises of transportation enterprises in Shandong Province.  The hidden dangers should be checked and self-checked, and all ships should be inspected and maintained. In the off-season of tourism, ships and amusement facilities in the scenic spot should be maintained to ensure that there are no hidden dangers when using in the peak season of tourism.  

In September this year, we completed hoisting inspection of Jinmingyu No. 1, 2 and 3 and Lulinyi You No. 6603 and 6605 transport ship wharf, and communicated with Zaozhuang Ship Inspection Bureau to renew ship inspection certificates and completed the renewal of LuLinyi You No. 6603 and 6605 minimum Manned certificates and waterway transport permits.  The whole year has been a total of more than 20 times of hidden danger investigation, a total of more than 10 hidden danger investigation, rectification, to ensure the safety of more than 2100 ships.  Security department set up 24 hours on duty inspection system to ensure the safety of people and property during the day and night.  

The scenic spot has achieved good results in the safety inspection of the provincial supervision group, the annual inspection of enterprises by the Municipal Bureau of Transport, the special inspection of emergency plans, and the safety inspection of the municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism in the third quarter.  

For the epidemic, scenic spots to enhance vigilance and do not relax.  In accordance with the instructions and requirements of leaders at all levels, special emergency plans for epidemic prevention and control were formulated and drills were organized.  Inspections will be intensified to ensure that measures such as wearing masks and regular disinfection are implemented.  Strictly implement management measures such as one-meter line up, real-name registration and temperature measurement;  Clean and disinfect scenic spots, guest rooms and restaurants.  

At present, we actively organize the Spring Opera and snow temple fair to build a opera and snow garden;  Strengthen the interaction and cooperation with Linyi CITS Co., LTD., actively sell tickets and ship tickets online, and constantly expand the business of the team;  Owner's exclusive tickets will be printed and distributed free of charge to owners of Jinming Apartment during the Spring Festival.  

2022 is coming. In the New Year, I will further improve myself from four aspects and do a good job in the scenic spot.  First, build characteristic tourism products and launch personalized services.  Combined with the original, local and ecological characteristics of the scenic area environment, to explore the characteristics of tourism products, to create a variety of thematic series of products, comprehensively improve the quality of service;  Second, innovate marketing policies, change publicity ideas and modes, make good use of new marketing platforms such as websites, Douyin and Kuaishou to re-plan the characteristics and product layout of the scenic spot, especially the characteristics of the reception center, create an environment for the whole reception center, carry out precise investment and attract tourists;  Third, increase the publicity and marketing efforts, expand and consolidate the tourist market around the scenic spot, increase the scenic spot marketing power;  Fourth, combined with the opening of Red Zhu Village, explore new tourist market.  

In 2022, under the leadership of Chairman and General Manager Min Binbin, we will actively participate in the hot tourism development and make new and greater contributions to the group's 20th anniversary.
