Only the system, especially the human resource management system, can make technology, capital and talent grow endlessly.  Therefore, our enterprise must increase the introduction of talents, increase the strength of talent training, absorb all kinds of talents to the company.  

My understanding of talents can be divided into two categories: professional and managerial.  Professional talents refer to those who become senior and experts in a specific business or work category through continuous learning, practice and summary, and can easily solve various problems of their professional positions.  Managerial talents refer to those who can look at problems from a global perspective, coordinate all kinds of information, highly integrate resources, reasonably allocate personnel, and make faster and more accurate decisions in complex environments so as to solve problems and achieve achievements.  

Both professional talents and managerial talents are an important part of the development and expansion of enterprises, and neither is indispensable. No matter what kind of talents, their cognitive level will be crucial.  When a person's cognitive level is low, their mental constructs tend to be homogeneous and inflexible, and the choices they make are narrow.  When a person's cognitive level is high, there is more diversity of constructs in the mind, and therefore more flexibility of choice.  We should see more, learn more, think more, and strive to improve their cognitive level, to establish a sense of crisis, only continuous learning, in order to remain invincible.
