Cost control in detail responsibility, rights, responsibility is the basic requirements and basic quality of the correct performance of duties.  It is dereliction of duty and incompetence to be irresponsible, abuse power and dare not take responsibility.

In the process of outdoor municipal engineering construction of Zhengshan Community Phase I project, there was a phenomenon of irresponsibility and neglect of duty, and the most intuitive expression and result is the slow progress of site construction.  Managers have the right not to use, the body is responsible and not to assume, construction problems are inevitable, if this phenomenon is not stopped and corrected in time, the final consumption will be the image and reputation of the enterprise, and the image and reputation of the enterprise is priceless!  

Each of us needs to strengthen our sense of responsibility and advocate a sense of responsibility.  We must grow and move forward in our responsibility.  To do our work, we need to take responsibility.
