We know that since the establishment of the supply and marketing cooperatives in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, from the planned economy, market economy to reform and opening up, to today's supply-side structural reforms, generations of agency supply and marketing personnel have concentrated their efforts and sweat into a "pivot spirit." In the development of the times and changes in society, the "Poll Spirit" of supply and marketing has been passed down and shining from generation to generation.
  Self-reliance and hard work are the essence of the spirit of supply and marketing. The chairman pointed out: "Careful planning, diligence and thrift are the family heirlooms of our enterprise. The idea that there is nothing to waste in a big family has to be eliminated. It is necessary to calculate large accounts, but not neglect small accounts. Costs must be managed from every node.
