Some time ago, the ALC workshop wall panel had problems in the project due to its insufficient strength. Although we soon arranged technicians to repair it, it not only took time and effort, but also affected the company's reputation. In view of this problem, we require the workshop to strictly control the quality and construct in accordance with the drawings when processing all kinds of components. The workshop quality inspectors are required to check the components produced every day at any time, so that unqualified products do not leave the factory.

Later, we made a deep reflection and found out the problems existing in the previous work, such as careless work, lax implementation of quality standards, and ineffective constraints of the code of conduct. As a result, we improved our working methods, changed our working ideas, strengthened our assessment and aroused the enthusiasm of our employees. At the same time, we must strictly control the quality and extend the craftsman spirit to every detail in our daily work.
